Sunday, August 25th I’ll be reading and signing books at Octavia Books at 1pm. Come to get your autographed copy of Thorn In My Horn! One of the best things about this book is that there is music written for each scene in the story. So to help bring the entire story to life, my friend Jarell Foreman, a trumpet player from Cohen College Prep who was a big help in adding music to the book, will be there to play the score on his trumpet as I read the story. The illustrator, Darrell Rollo will also be there! I’ve never had any of my books for sale at Octavia so I’m hoping to have a big turn out. Come out and as always, bring the kids.
